The AisleCop Dual Pedestrian Gate System helps protect pedestrians through motion-detection and traffic control of dangerous aisles. The gates (typically facing each other) help limit pedestrian access to aisles when a forklift or other industrial equipment is present. Pedestrian gates will remain in an open state to allow workers to cross. The open gates block the cross traffic for forklifts and other vehicles. When a forklift needs to cross, the driver can activate a hanging pull-cord. Motion detectors will then scan the intersection for pedestrians and close their gates when none are detected and allow the forklift to cross.

Note: Pedestrian gate arms ship in 6ft. length and can be cut to desired length following the included instructions.

Description

Motion sensors detect the presence of a forklift or other vehicle in the traffic lane
Gates are open unless traffic is detected in the vehicle lane, upon which time, flashing lights and the audible alarm trigger, and the gates close. Gates remain closed until traffic is no longer detected in the traffic lane
The pedestrian gates may be manually opened or closed using moderate pressure in the event of a power outage
Installation not included. System tested prior to shipping. Buyer responsible for wiring electricity to the control box
